E.J. Churchill on 26 September!
The first Shooting Day was held at E.J. Churchill on 26 September, organised by Shooting Captain, Keti Tano.
A number of novice and experienced guns met for a convivial day of shooting, including instruction and a fun team compeition.
This was followed by a ‘flurry’ which is a fast-paced clay pigeon game where multiple targets are launched into the air all at once or in rapid succession. Teams of four or five shooters must load, aim, and fire as quickly as possible to hit a high volume of targets within a short time limit.
The day concluded with a social session in the Terrace Café and Bar.
