The Master hosted the annual banquet of The City of London Solicitors’ Company in the prestigious Egyptian Room at the Mansion House on Tuesday 10 March.
It was a very well attended banquet with the civic party present, Lady Mayor, Alderman Dame Susan Langley and the sheriffs Alderman Robert Hughes-Penney and Deputy Keith Bottomley CC and all their consorts.
The Dinner was preceded by a champagne drinks reception followed by a sumptuous three course meal. After Dinner we partook in the Stirrup Cup with the Master before the evening formally concluded.
The banquet was a delightful evening of conviviality and fellowship enjoyed with fellow Liverymen, friends and guests including senior members of the judiciary as our company guests.
