The Masters’ Weekend in historical Portsmouth was the beginning of the CLSC History Society and included these activities:

Portsmouth Museum – D-Day Museum; Southsea Castle
Naval Dockyard
Dinner in Nelson’s Gallery
Convivial pub lunches at historic pubs
Spinnaker Tower for Afternoon Tea
